Conolift marine hydraulic highway trailers offer superior flexibility and handling efficiency for today's commercial boat haulers and marine operations. Our hydraulic trailers are very versatile, allowing the same unit to safely handle a wide range of vessel types and sizes with minimal adjustment.

These highway trailers are constructed with a clean, open-frame design, which allows boats to be carried (and set) lower to the ground than any other trailer design. Our hydraulic expanding-width frame system (standard on all trailer models YH-5XD and larger) allows even greater flexibility.

With our trailer, the hull is supported on large adjustable pads set into the side-frames of the trailer, allowing power boats to be carried without the use of awkward slug beams or cross bars to support the keel. These rugged steel side frames are equipped with Conolift's exclusive extended frame lift system for independent hydraulic height adjustment. This system provides unparalleled lift range and flexibility, and allows vessels to be carried at a near-level position on the launch ramp.

All highway trailers come equipped with our standard nitrogen accumulater suspension, or optional air-ride suspension systems. Both systems function as an integral element of the extended hydraulic frame lift, providing fully-functioning suspension at any ride height.

In addition to the hydraulic frame lift, these trailers are supplied with a hydraulic tongue (pintle ring or fifth-wheel gooseneck) for further leveling and ride-height adjustment.

Conolift highway trailers are supplied standard with all fixtures and attachments necessary to handle powerboats and sailboats on cradles. In order to handle sailboats without cradles, our adjustable hydraulic sail arm package can be added to any trailer model.

The complete hydraulic function allows a single operator to quickly load or unload a vessel without the use of other equipment, saving time and cost. Optional wireless remote control provides further convenience and safety.

All trailers are sandblasted after welding, and polyurethane-painted with your choice of colour. Optional hot dip galvanizing is also available for superior corrosion protection.
