2018 Flygt Pump Station & Process Controllers MonitorPro-3

The MonitorPro helps municipal authorities meet EPA requirements by providing preventative maintenance information and warning of impending problems. This Station Supervisor provides flow monitoring, motor protection, insulation resistance testing, data logging, an RTU and a 4-line display. The unit is typically used in conjunction with the MT2PC Family, but can be used alone.

Additionally, the MonitorPro protects pumps and motors on the fly. The built-in RTU connects to analog radios, digital radios and PSTN modems, allowing connection to any SCADA system.

Station history, including data logging of 3-phase currents, volts, external I/O and pump operation can be downloaded to a laptop, enabling easy fault diagnosis and eliminating nuisance site trips. Engineering data including station and pump flow rates (previously uneconomical to obtain), is now readily available.
