The C4X 7k channel car hauler is our answer to the industry need for a rugged, no-frills car hauler that can show up every day, no questions asked. It’s the perfect option for an expertly designed car hauler that’s going to minimize downtime, all while looking professional and bringing the features to the table experienced end users demand.

We can manufacture your C4X car hauler in lengths ranging from 16’ to 24’, with a standardized width of 83”. Choose from the standard treated wood floor or upgrade to the slip-resistant Blackwood Pro rubber infused lumber. This enhanced flooring option creates a sharp-looking, long lasting surface that’s ideal for car haulers like the C4X.

The C4X is built with thoughtful features designed from our years of real-world experience building and hauling things with trailers. We chose to build the rear bumper out of enclosed tube steel instead of channel stock. This protects the wiring harness from damage and keeps debris out, especially in inclement weather and extreme towing conditions.

Integrated steps located at the front of each fender on the C4X car hauler provide convenient bed access to check or secure your load. These steps also house high-visibility, long-lasting LED lighting. These ultra-bright LED lights are flush fitting to help prevent damage.

Each C4X car hauler is built on a rugged 5” channel main frame for fantastic durability under regular use. Twin 5’ slide in rear ramps provide an advantageous loading angle for most vehicles, and the deck features rugged 5/8” bull-nose D-rings for tying down. And as a standard feature, the C4X car hauler features a convenient spare tire mount.

Like all MAXX-D Trailers, the C4X channel frame car hauler is finished with our industry-leading powder coating process. Six different steps all work together to give your trailer a premium powder coated steel surface with unmatched durability.
