• To keep your Tomahawk looking like new for longer, components are shot blasted and protected with heat cured powder coat paint.

Features may include:

• Capacity of 3m, an increase of 20% over the model that it supersedes. Higher sides reduce the likelihood of material spillage from the bale chamber.

• An indicator confirms the movement of the bed chain. The hydraulic motor driving the bed chain is not vulnerable to damage.

• 12mm heavy duty bed chain, resulting in less tensioning adjustments. The chain does not have anything welded to it, which would lower its strength.

• The crossbeater has 400mm diameter barrel, 600mm from blade tip to blade tip. Large diameter means more consistent flow and power requirement.

• The fan has 8 paddles, 230mm width from 6mm steel. Rotor diameter 1.5m. The paddles can be individually replaced if damaged. The wide paddles blow more air, and so blow straw further.

• Robust intuitive electric controls with high flow hydraulic valve for easy, trouble free fingertip control.

• Hydraulic valve can take up to 60 litres/minute, resulting in less heating of the oil, faster response to the controls and more power being delivered to the Tomahawk

• Less hassle, the 7100 features a Quick Hitch system for the lower link arms so that you can save time when hitching and unhitching.

• Chain drive to crossbeater ensures reliable transmission of maximum power.

• The tailgate is flared for easy loading and is supported by two hydraulic rams to enable the heaviest of bales to be loaded.

• The bale restraint design works with the grippers on the slats to give a good tumbling action, ensuring a consistently high discharge rate with all materials.

• If a foreign object causes damage to the paddles they can be removed, repaired or replaced without removing the fan or splitting the machine.
