The TITAN range is well proportioned, ensuring excellent stability, manoeuvrability, visibility of the load, and superior ground clearance.

At the top end of the Titan range are the 15 and 17 cubic metre models. Extend capacity easily up to 20m3 with steel greedy boards.

A high specification ensures that the specific demands of large scale operators are fulfilled, and critical compliance to European Homologation Standards is also met.

Large diameter beaters generate a high tip speed to ensure a fine shredding action is achieved. A stepless auger with a shallow pitch ensures that material is well mixed and shredded before it is thrown from the machine.

Whether spreading fresh, well rotted or semi-solid farmyard manure, poultry litter, compost or waste products, TITANs deliver an even, fine and wide spread pattern.

Tall beaters deliver massive output for high work rates.

Prior to finishing with a 2 pack paint system, all components are shot blasted to ensure that they are clean and provide the best possible keying surface for the paint. All seams are continuously welded or sealed to protect against corrosion.

Features may include:

• The shredding tips on the Titan have a large overlap. This reduces the chance of a lump of luck passing through the beaters without being shredded.

• Vertical surfaces on the auger are eliminated to prevent lumps of material being thrown from the machine before they have been shredded. The Titan beater augers have a shallow pitch resulting in material being held and mixed in the rotor area for longer before being discharged.

The Titan swinging flail system offers two advantages over a fixed paddle system:

• 1. Driveline Protection - Shock loads created by foreign objects in manure can cause damage to the drive line. The swinging flails break back, absorbing much of this shock.

• 2. Damage to the lower beater paddles themselves is reduced.

• Steel bed chain sprockets are designed for tremendous strength and durability.

• A dual supply Air and Hydraulic braking system is integrated with high-speed 10-stud Commercial Axles.

• Mudguards are fitted as standard.

• Tensioning of the bed chain is straightforward using the threaded adjuster.

• LED road lights (with tailgate operated lens protection) and an amber flashing strobe beacon are fitted as standard.

• The heavy-duty drawbar combines strength, and the flexibility offered by a bolt-on hitch to match your operational and tractor requirements.

• A heavy duty 13-leaf sprung drawbar is fitted with low maintenance bushes at the pivot points. Drawbar angle can be set to optimise spreading performance.

• Supplied as standard.
