Matt has been with Outdoor Equipment Co. for 3 years but has over 15 years’ experience in the field. He grew up, and lives, in Memphis with his wife Kait and 2 sons Brycen and Chase. He enjoys Snowmobiling and side by side rides with friends and family. He enjoys working with such a great team and can’t wait to help you with your next purchase.

As our company culture manager, Deanna, is responsible for the promotion of a positive work environment that is founded on core values and ethics of Outdoor Equipment Co. Deanna is directly responsible for maintaining a team environment, ensuring work planning and staff life cycle processes to support wellness, growth, and satisfaction. On top of all that Deanna handles most of our social media posts that show off the zaney side our our OECo staff. Deanna is a life-long Metro Detroit resident and enjoys spending time with her husband, three boys, daughter in-laws and grandchildren!

Mandy is a 20-year veteran in the industry, one of the first women to break the mold. Despite her well-manicured nails, she has earned a stack of certifications and is a skilled certified technician, more adept at troubleshooting than heavy wrenching. Mandy has built a reputation as the “go-to” person for finding the right part, driven by a love for the variety her job offers – each day brings something new. Her favorite moments are when a customer has been to multiple shops without success, and she is able to get them exactly what they need.

Melissa holds a degree in international business and is the devoted mother of two children, Aaliyah and Gavin, whom she cherishes deeply. Her lifelong passions include boating, camping, and exploring the woods and dunes on her side-by-side vehicle. For over 7 years, Melissa has worked in the recreational industry, encompassing RVs, boats, UTVs, and dirt bikes – an industry she has been immersed in her entire life. Her 20-year career has spanned sales, finance, and management roles. Melissa is an experienced professional in the recreational industry. Having grown up in the Houghton Lake area, she is well-equipped to assist local residents with their outdoor needs and interests.

With over 20 years of diverse experience in sales, management, and finance, Christian is well-equipped to assist you with all your outdoor equipment financing needs. Hailing from Northern Michigan, Christian developed a deep passion for the outdoors from a young age, which led him to take up canoe racing. He has participated in the grueling AuSable River Canoe Marathon annually, a testament to his lifelong love for the sport. Beyond his professional expertise, Christian has a wonderful family, including his wife, 4 children, and 2 grandchildren, who bring him immense joy. Leveraging his extensive background, Christian looks forward to helping you secure the financing required for your own outdoor adventures.

With over 20 years of experience managing parts and service for powersport and marine dealerships, Bill is a seasoned industry veteran. Holding a business administration degree with a finance minor, he resides in Houghton Lake, where he enjoys spending time with his three grown sons and two granddaughters. Eager to build lasting customer relationships, Bill looks forward to serving the customers of Outdoor Equipment Co.

Max has been with Outdoor Equipment Co. since 2021 and has over 20 years’ experience in the field. Max grew up in the outdoor equipment industry and is an outdoor equipment enthusiast who values your time and money. Max looks forward to providing you with an honest and transparent transaction. John was born and raised in Charlotte, but now resides in Olivet with his girlfriend of 5 years and their dog. Previously, John worked as a Finance Manager for a prominent powersport dealership. In his free time, John enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, particularly those involving engines, such as boating, riding ATVs, and both ice and open water fishing.
